Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 July 2026

This notice describes the personal information handled through the public SztylerSolution website and direct business enquiries. It does not claim that files processed inside a local demonstration are uploaded: the reviewed code reads supported files in the visitor’s browser and does not send their content to SztylerSolution.

1. Who is responsible

SztylerSolution is operated by Robert Sztyler in England, United Kingdom. For privacy questions or requests, email robert@sztylersolution.com.

2. Information we may receive

  • Business contact details and the content of messages sent by email.
  • Information voluntarily provided when discussing a process, quotation or potential project.
  • Basic website usage information collected by Google Analytics 4 only after analytics consent.
  • Technical delivery information processed by the hosting provider, such as IP address, browser request, date, time and requested page, as part of serving and securing the site.
  • Business contact information obtained from public professional sources, such as LinkedIn or a company website, where used for relevant business-to-business contact.

3. Local demonstrations and uploaded files

The reviewed public demonstrations are static browser-based tools. Where a demonstration lets you choose a file, the code processes supported content locally in your browser. The site does not include an account system, application database or server upload endpoint for those files. Do not use live personal data, confidential information or commercially sensitive files in a public demonstration; use fictional, sample or properly anonymised data.

Some demonstrations may use browser memory or localStorage for settings, sample state or the analytics-consent choice. Browser storage remains on your device unless you clear it.

4. Why we use information and our lawful bases

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare a proposal: steps requested before entering a contract and our legitimate interests in operating the business.
  • To deliver agreed services: performance of a contract.
  • To keep business and compliance records: legal obligations and legitimate interests.
  • To understand website use: consent, where Google Analytics is accepted.
  • Relevant B2B outreach: legitimate interests, subject to applicable direct-marketing and electronic-communications rules and the right to object.

5. Providers

The public website is hosted through Netlify. Business email may be handled through Microsoft 365. Google Search Console is used to manage indexing and search visibility; it does not place a visitor analytics tag on the site. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after analytics consent. These providers may process limited information under their own contractual and privacy arrangements.

6. International processing

Some technology providers operate internationally. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK or EEA, appropriate safeguards are expected to be used by the relevant provider, such as applicable adequacy arrangements or contractual safeguards. Contact us for further information relevant to a specific enquiry.

7. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up and maintain appropriate business records. Contract and financial records may be kept for the periods required by law. Analytics retention is controlled in the Google Analytics property and should be kept to the shortest useful period. Consent choices remain in localStorage until changed or cleared in the browser.

8. Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to certain uses, receive portable data, and withdraw consent. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through . You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or, where relevant, an EEA supervisory authority.

9. Security and limitations

Reasonable measures are used to protect business information, but no internet service is risk-free. Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information through ordinary email. Project-specific confidentiality, security, retention and data-processing arrangements should be agreed separately before live client data is used.

10. Changes

This notice may be updated when the website, providers or business practices change. The latest version will appear on this page.
