1. About the website
SztylerSolution presents Process Lenses™: focused workflow tools that can map inputs, apply business rules, validate data, prioritise exceptions and generate outputs. Public demos, case studies, calculators and sample files illustrate possible approaches.
2. Demonstration content
Demo organisations, records and values are fictional or anonymised showcase material unless clearly stated otherwise. Outputs, savings estimates, timings and examples are illustrative, depend on assumptions and are not guarantees of a result.
3. Local file processing
The reviewed public tools process supported selected files locally in the browser and do not include a server upload endpoint. Nevertheless, only sample, fictional or properly anonymised data should be used in public demonstrations. Do not upload personal data, confidential information, trade secrets or commercially sensitive live records.
4. No professional or operational assurance
Website content is general business information, not legal, accounting, tax, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice. A demonstration is not a production control, audit, compliance certification or substitute for human review. Decisions affecting people, safety, finance, customers or regulated activity must be independently checked.
5. Project engagements
A paid engagement starts only when scope, price, responsibilities and applicable terms are agreed separately. Client projects may require additional confidentiality, data-protection, testing, acceptance, support and change-control terms.
6. Intellectual property
The website design, original text, Process Lenses™ branding, demonstrations and original code are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view and use public demos for evaluation. You may not present, resell, reproduce or distribute substantial parts as your own product without permission. Third-party libraries and downloadable packs remain subject to any included licences.
7. Availability and external links
The site may change, be interrupted or contain links to third-party services such as LinkedIn. SztylerSolution does not control third-party websites or their availability and is not responsible for their separate terms or privacy practices.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, SztylerSolution is not responsible for loss caused by relying on illustrative website material, using public demos with unsuitable data, or using a generated output without appropriate validation. The website is provided on an “as available” basis.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, bypass security, infringe rights, use the demonstrations unlawfully or use automated activity that unreasonably burdens the service.
10. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with lawful jurisdiction will determine any dispute, without removing mandatory rights that may apply to a visitor.
